A guided mindfulness immersion into nature.
slowing down. seeing the beauty. finding the magic. tapping into that child-like wonder.
and most importantly….disconnecting from the day-to-day stressors, to-do lists, and expectations.
This is a time to unplug from technology. to leave the worries of life at home. to tune-in to nature and into your inner self.
Cameras are allowed and preferred. Cell phones only on airplane mode and no smart watches or other such devices.
Each event will take place in a different location, on a different trail with different scenery and with a different intention.
