Hips are the main source of locomotion in the body. It is where our power comes from yet the hips are over looked in many ways when it comes to the health of our physical bodies.
When there is pain or what people perceive as lack of flexibility, everyone’s go to is stretching. Stretching is NOT the answer. If it was you’d have fixed the issue by now.
• Flexibility does not equal strength or stability.
• Flexibility and active mobility are not the same thing.
• Pain comes from imbalance/weakness in the body.
• Pain’s location and cause are not typically come from the same place.

What: A 2 hour workshop focusing on the mobility/ROM of the hips and pelvis. Tuning into the imbalances in YOUR body and learning how to ‘fix’ that issue.
Who: Anyone and Everyone. Those seeking answers to aches, pains and persistent injuries. Folks looking for increased mobility and functional range of motion for greater ease in every day life activities, more comfort in their bodies, less ‘after activity’ pain and/or improved performance.
